Experienced Project Manager – Large Format Printing
We’re looking for a Project Manager with hands-on experience in grand-format printing and large-scale signage production. This role is ideal for someone who knows the materials, understands the machines, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
You’ll own the project lifecycle after the quote stage—from converting quotes into sales orders to coordinating across pre-press, production, and installation teams. You’ll be the bridge between sales, operations, and the client, ensuring exceptional quality, speed, and communication every step of the way.
Your Responsibilities:
Take over projects post-quote from the sales team
Convert quotes into sales orders and kick off internal workflows
Coordinate with pre-press, production, and installation teams
Communicate with clients promptly—response time under 15 minutes is expected
Manage material specs, proofs, deadlines, and install schedules
Keep everything running on time—even during production surges
Must-Have Experience (No Exceptions):
· Grand-format printing (including 10' UV hybrid and roll-to-roll machines)
· Familiarity with materials such as ACM, Sintra, Coroplast, Acrylic, Type II Wallpapers, ADA signage, and Window Films
· Direct project management experience in the large-format print industry
· Strong understanding of print production processes, installation logistics, and client communication
· Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure—especially during high-volume cycles
Who You Are:
A proactive communicator who thrives in a team setting
Obsessed with hitting deadlines and exceeding client expectations
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quick on your feet
Not afraid of pressure—you lean in when things get busy
This is not an entry-level role. Please apply only if you have direct experience in large-format print project management.
