Legacy Post

PCL is steeped in legacy and rooted in something simple: a belief that there is always a better way.

Back in 1983, Eric and Armond built the company on curiosity, determination, and pushing the boundaries on the way “it’s always been done.”

Armond cultivated the relationships and pursued the projects that pushed the limits of the equipment and processes of the day. Eric built the systems and infrastructure that transformed ideas into reality. Together, they challenged the status quo and created a company where innovation wasn’t a department — it was a mindset.

We lost Armond last year, but the spirit he helped create lives on. His energy, creativity, and belief in people are woven into everything we do.

That same question continues to guide us today. Is there a better way?

Eric still leads with that mindset, alongside Raymond, Edmond, and Alexandra, and with a team of passionate people who carry the same obsession for engineering, craftsmanship, and problem-solving. The second generation is simply continuing a journey that began more than four decades ago, standing on foundations built by those who came before us.

Because legacy isn’t about preserving the past. It’s about building on it.

Forty-three years later, we still believe the impossible can be made tangible. We still believe relationships matter. We still believe curiosity creates opportunity. And we still wake up asking the same question: Is there a better way than the way it’s always been done?

That’s the fuel that built PCL. And that’s the fuel that will carry us forward.

For those who have built something with family, partners, or lifelong teammates: what has remained constant from day one?
