Finishing Specialist

As a Finishing Department Associate, you will play a critical role in the final stages of our production process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Cutting and Coroplast: Operate the Kongsberg machine to cut coroplast material accurately.
- Grommeting and Taping: Apply grommets and tape to hundreds of pieces of coroplast daily with precision.
- Packaging: Prepare finished products for shipping using brown cardboard and tape, ensuring they are securely packaged.
- Job Tracking: Move jobs on a production board to keep the entire team informed about the status of each project.
- Organization: Follow a list of tasks meticulously, maintaining an organized workspace.
- Flexibility: Stay late when needed to ensure that all deadlines are met.

Requirements:

- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Motivation: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work late hours if required to meet project deadlines.
- Communication: Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
