Shipper / Receiver

We are ooking for a detail-oriented, organized, and energetic Shipper/Receiver to join ourl busy production team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, perfect for someone who thrives in a high-action environment and enjoys being at the centre of communication between production, couriers, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package a wide variety of rolled prints and rigid prints (training provided).

• Receive incoming products and materials in an organized, systematic way:

o If required immediately, deliver directly to the print area.

o If not, inventory and store them with a helper.

• Make real-time decisions about the flow of materials based on production needs.

• Coordinate daily with local couriers (Four Points, Envoy, etc.) and national carriers (FedEx, UPS) for pickups and deliveries.

• Communicate with project managers to align shipping timelines with production schedules and customer deadlines.

• Handle a high volume of communications — 30–40+ emails daily, courier calls, project manager requests, and in-person courier interactions.

• Maintain both digital organization (work orders, shipping systems) and physical organization (inventory and materials).

• Stay proactive and adaptable to changing priorities.
